Operation Manager [Indonesia]


 

BVR Group Asia is an Intergrated service company with 14 active Divisions who dedicated themselves to provide the best quality of service to our client. We are looking for a Talented Corporate Lawyer who will join us and provide legal advice to the team management leadership.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Operational Manager to oversee all operations at our business located in the healthy lifestyle setting of South Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, proven leadership skills, culinary and a clear vision for delivering the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the outlet & business, aligning it with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Experience in hospitality would be advantageous.
  • Oversee daily operations of the business, including staff management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, safety and security.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare budget reports to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest level of service.
  • Establish and maintain seamless communication with staff, fostering an environment of transparency and mutual respect.
  • Implement effective policies and protocols to ensure the resort operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance the resort’s visibility and attract a consistent flow of guests.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure the resort meets or exceeds health, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Regularly review and evaluate the services provided and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in the role of Operational Manager at a restaurant or hotel.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in using management systems and other relevant software.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, driving sales, and achieving financial results.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of tourism, customer service and market dynamics.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
